EveryMatrix has returned to its London roots with the opening of a new office in the iconic HYLO building, marking a key moment in the company’s global expansion journey. The newly launched space, located on the 25th floor of the 258,000 sq ft tower in Old Street, now houses several teams, including part of the OddsMatrix sports platform division and former FSB Technology staff.

The London office is the third new international location opened by EveryMatrix in 2025, following launches in Chiang Mai and Cebu earlier this year. With this addition, the company now operates 15 global offices and employs over 1,400 people, a 40% workforce increase since March 2024.

Groes: ‘We’re back where it all began’

Group CEO and co-founder Ebbe Groes shared his enthusiasm about the return to London, saying, “We’re back where it all began when Stian [Hornsletten] and I co-founded the business in 2008.” He added that the new office reflects the company’s ongoing ambition to work with premium-tier clients and host them in one of Europe’s most important tech and business hubs.

“The space is magnificent and one of the best I’ve ever seen,” Groes added, describing the office as an ideal environment for staff with top-tier facilities and an unbeatable central location.

Horse Racing Product Rolls Out With FSB Team

Alongside the new office, EveryMatrix has also unveiled its proprietary horse racing solution, developed in collaboration with FSB’s trading team and the company’s OddsMatrix division. Built from scratch in just six months, the product offers expansive global content, live streaming, detailed pricing control, derivative markets, and cross-product bonusing.

The solution is designed with core markets like the UK, Ireland, and South Africa in mind and integrates seamlessly with EveryMatrix’s existing platform to deliver a next-gen betting experience with advanced automation and bonusing tools.

Groes commented: “The key thing we were missing before was horse racing,” and expressed pride in launching the new product so soon after acquiring FSB.

Strong Financial Start to 2025

The new office and product developments come on the heels of a strong first quarter for the company. EveryMatrix reported €54 million in net revenue, a 39% year-on-year increase, and €28 million EBITDA, up 27% from Q1 2024. The EBITDA margin held firm at 52%, continuing the company’s streak of eight consecutive quarters above 50%.

Casino net revenue surged 44% year-on-year to €28.6 million, while sports betting turnover climbed 30% to €1.7 billion. The sports division’s GGR soared 60% to €154 million, bolstered by an expanded event calendar and new feature integrations. The company also migrated Bet600 to its platform and reached 600,000 live sports events during the quarter.

Despite a small dip in affiliate performance, EveryMatrix remains confident in its diversified growth strategy. A major highlight for Q1 was the signing of a full casino platform agreement with SkyCity Entertainment Group, which will bring the New Zealand-based operator’s online brand, SkyCitycasino.com, onto the EveryMatrix platform later in 2025.
