I lost all respect for this great platform , that is clearly ruined out of pure greed by its owners. It used to be an amazing platform with a lot of extras for players. Now 8 months later the experience has been dropped to a very sad level. What is the most shocking is the promo during december, FestiveWins. Nothing more than a huge scam and false advertising. Hunnyplay gave players the idea that there were great prizes to be won, but basically it was all rigged, There was a limit on the rewards, because I was pushing for a 9th symbol (100 dollar reward) but in case I didn’t win, I would have a ton of nice bonuses from 250 keys (15k wager milestone), because from 125 keys I got around 25 bonuses… When I opened my 250 keys I was shocked, I only got like 5 % of what I got from only half the amount of keys….. Over a 150 times “better luck next time” …

This proves how rigged this promo was, I actually warned other players for this promo in the TG chat and got banned for it… Again, only more proof I am right.

Then there was a “giveaway”in the same promo, where players had to buy tickets by depositing 10 dollars every day. That is not a giveaway, that is a lotery with players money. Anyway, the big winner of the giveaway was ….. Hunnyplay! As they kept most of the money themselves and they invested ZERO.

Now it’s januari, bonuses have been reduced for an average of 70%, staff is unresponsive. The only thing that is still good is the deposit and withdrawal system, which is still instant.

But after 8 months of playing here I can give a detailed review and the outcome is what I just wrote. Don’t fall for the way HP tries to drag you in. Once your VIP level goes up, your bonuses and extras will go down, which is absurd. You should get rewarded for loyalty, at HP it’s the other way around.

The VIP manager is incompetent, I won’t post her name here, because I do have manners and respect for other people, the exact opposite of the current state of HP. She never ever replies, I have been asking for a solution for my issue I had with the december promo, after 2 weeks, not a single reply to it, just waiting.. This is how HP treats their loyal players…
