OK, I know my rating is a little unfair because it only represents how I feel about this casino immediately after escaping there less than supportive support chat. First of all there is no support chat. Not one time this year have I ever clicked the support chat and it not said they don’t have any chat right now. And I have tried at all hours of the day and night. There is only ‘deposit support chat’ that happens to pop up if you linger too long in the deposit section of the cashier. They very cunningly give you time to make a deposit without trying to help you so they don’t have to pay for a second more of support than necessary. But if you do linger you won’t be disappointed in the aggression their ‘support’ staff shows you. “Hi I’m Pushy McDepositmore. How much are you going to deposit right now!!!!?!!!!” Me: ‘Well, I just have 2 questions first please. Why does the cashier charge me 4% for forex conversion? That’s higher than the 3% most banks charge.’ ‘Support’: “I will change your account currency to USD so you only get charged 3%. HOW MUCH PLEASE!!!!!???!!” OK, again not all of the above is not actually what happened it’s just how I feel every time I deal with this casino. That they don’t care about me AT ALL! But to be fair here is a copy-pasted section word for word:
