They are absolutely terrible and i would not even give them 1 star. Been 3 weeks they been asking for my phone bill to update my number , have explained to them at least 5 or more times that koodo prepaid does not have a detailed phone bill. I have on many occasions uploaded my account info which clearly shows my new number but they will not accept. Therefore i feel they are theives as it is impossible to get it through the headsof their very terrible customer service, and thats not just based on this issue that its impossible for me to provide it unless i buy koodo and issue prepaid cell bills. But for the $30 they stole from me that is a little steep. I am so fed up i told them to keep it as they offer no compromise. I would stay as far away from this headache as i could. Terrible!

If there’s a wallet that I truly despise, that’s Neosurf. Neosurf is similar to Paysafe however I’ve just learnt there is a difference between an adult voucher and a NON-ADULT voucher. Most times the voucher provider is unaware of any difference or how to make sure its the right one. A few casinos i have wanted to play at, only took the Adult Vouchers.
