Raketech Completed Acquisition of Lead Republic to Boost Global Presence

Competitive provider of marketing and casino content, Raketech, has acquired one of the leading iGaming affiliate networks – Lead Republic. The transaction was completed on March 11 as part of the long-standing provider’s strategy to enhance its worldwide network.

Upon completion of the purchase, Raketech has issued a notification to the public, stating it had “delivered on an important milestone on the company’s geographical expansion strategy by announcing that it acquires all assets of Lead Republik Ltd.” 

Further on, the completed deal means that “Raketech’s revenues outside the Nordics are expected to reach approximately 20 percent of the group’s total revenues.”

Taking a look at the closer purchase conditions, we can see that Lead Republic’s purchase price was €1.4 million with probability for subsequent payments depending on the completed measures. It is worth noticing that the company’s entire staff will become part of Raketech following the conclusion of the transaction.

Commenting on the recently closed deal, Raketech CEO, Oskar Mühlbach noticed:

“This acquisition is ticking a lot of strategic boxes, as it gives us further footprint in markets important for our key partners at the same time as it contributes with technical know-how in form of a high qualitative technical platform together within competence within conversion optimization and paid media. We further see strong synergies when combining Lead Republik’s offering with our know-how, within organic search.”

He further added:

“I am furthermore really glad to have the brilliant Lead Republik team on board and to be able to conclude that the Sellers will continue their involvement for the upcoming 12 months in order to secure a smooth handover and accelerate further expansion into new markets.”

The deal with Lead Republic was one of the latest transactions for the Raketech team. The operator has recently launched an advanced website called CasinoFever.ca, optimized for the Canadian market. The previous step will allow the content affiliate provider to extend its presence in North America as well as to supply local customers with its state-of-the-art offer.

The operator is also known for the development of casino products and services for the Nordic and UK sports betting market. It has excelled in the production of online guides, social media products and similar. Most recently, the affiliate operator has expanded its footprint in New Zealand, Germany and Canada. Over the upcoming 12 months, its CEO believes in additional expansion in more gaming markets.
