BetCity Secures Deal with Enteractive in the Netherlands

Enteractive, one of the most successful companies in retention services, has just unveiled it has been chosen to provide reactivation campaigns in the Dutch market by BetCity, a company that belongs to Entain Group.

BetCity was among the very first brands to get a license from the Dutch regulator KSA and one of the top-notch sports betting and gaming brands in the Netherlands.

Enteractive is known for complementing the CRM ideas and activities of sports and casino brands all around the globe. The company delivers personalized acquisition and reactivation services, aimed at optimizing revenue generation.

BetCity is a company headquartered in Amsterdam. The brand got an online sportsbook and gaming license from the Dutch Gaming and Gambling Authority (KSA (Kansspelautoriteit) in October 2021. Since then, the brand has recorded enormous growth, securing a top position in the Dutch iGaming market. In addition, the brand had around 20% market share by early 2022. It became part of Entain in 2022.

Following the latest deal, Enteractive’s campaigns will be based on boosting user retention and loyalty for the BetCity.nl platform, utilizing its (Re)Activation Cloud tech platform, which allows fast and seamless integration of chosen player databases. Everything is supported by native-speaking sales agents who appeal to players in every market with real human interaction during the games.

Thanks to the personalized attitude to CRM, customers get re-engaged from churned segments, alongside responsible gambling rules as a typical feature.
